While we invite people of all ages, our programs are specifically designed for men and women over 40 looking to shed some weight, regain lost strength, and improve their energy levels.

 

Are some of these statements true for you?

  • You would like to improve your overall health and look better but find going to the gym an aggravation because it's often overcrowded and doesn't have equipment available.
  • You want to build strength and lose weight but it's intimidating and you feel out of place with all those fit people doing exercises you feel are beyond your abilities.
  • You have an old injury and worry it will limit your progress and aren't sure how to exercise properly to prevent re-injuring yourself.
  • Even after months of working out, you never reached your fitness goals, you didn’t know what to do, and there was no one there to guide you.
  • You don't like to exercise.
  • You want to look good and feel good, but you don't want to drag yourself to a gym and hop around with a bunch of fanatics or pick up heavy things and grunt like a madman while sweating by the gallon.

  • are willing to commit to at least two 45-minute sessions a week (preferably three).
  • are patient enough to allow the body to change and grow at its own pace.
